From our Demo Coordinator, HG Hirsch (edited from Facebook):"Our sweet spot for demo'ing to the public will probably be
"Demo on 4th of July!
"Greetings Three Rivers!
"We will be hosting a demo on the lawn in front of the Masonic Lodge, where
our weekly meeting and fighter practice are held. I'm expecting we'll
demonstrate armored combat, steel combat, pewter casting, and ... what
would you like to bring and demonstrate?
"Logistics: there is space for us in the shade of the great oak. The street
and parking lot will close at 8, and reopen after the parade, so plan
appropriately. We have access to the building, as we do for meetings. We
can bring coolers with food and drink, and the Masons will be grilling and
selling food and drink next to us.
"Thank you for your help promoting our monarchy (as it should have been) on
our nation's holiday celebrating its separation from monarchy!
Monday evening, 5 ~ 6 pm: stage things in Masonic Lodge. Partial set up.
Tuesday morning before 8am: drive/park in the lot. Set up for the day.
8am: parking lot and street are closed
9am: we should be done setting up
10am: Parade starts
12:30-1:00 wrap up and pack up
~11:30-12:30, as people are walking past to and from the parade."
