The volunteer sign-up sheet to serve at Winter Court is now complete, and we have a total of 59 individuals who have graciously donated a portion of their day to help make all of this possible. Thank you all for your generous support.
For those who signed up to serve, please use the following procedure at gate.
1. Sign in on the waiver sheet as normal.
For those stubborn enough to want to pay site fee anyway, please consider donating it to the auction. Donations at gate will only complicate the count later, and delay Dammo and Bero's enjoyment of the day.
2. Let the gate person know that you are signed up to serve.
3. They will check off whether you are a member or not, and your site fee is covered.
4. If you want to eat feast you'll pay for feast at that time.
5. Enjoy the day.
