Class Rules Vote Results

[B14 Sailing Europe]

Ahoy B14ers,

Hope you are all well and enjoying the festive season.

Thanks to the 24 members who participated in the class rules vote.

Both proposals were passed as follows:

1. Do you agree with the proposed changes to the B14 Class Rules?              

24 in favour

2. Do you agree with reducing the minimum all up weight (as described in C.7.3.a) from 91kg to 90kg in 2025?

19 in favour

We will now begin liaising with World Sailing to have those changes officially recognised. The intention is to race the next Worlds in Sydney in 2025 under the new rules and with the new all up weight of 90kg.
