rar file is not extracted correctly

get the file: http://yadi.sk/d/fy0EOIAI6gEFQ
try to extract it. You will find a file called S1 in the root of the extracted folder. However it should be in S100PROGRAM/bin_out/ and it's name is intel2700g.plg
extracted with official unrar and b1 on OSX for comparison.
