Hello Everyone,
Thanks for coming out last night for our planning meeting.  The following is a list of volunteer positions that are needed for our last celebration and the ones that are filled by your fabulous selves!

Fire Chimney -
4:30 - 6:30   Marty, we still need one more
6:30 - 8:30  2 volunteers needed
8:30- 11:00 2 volunteers needed

Pumpkin Carving
3:30-4:30 4 volunteers needed Robbie is the 5th
4:30-5:30 5 volunteers need

Flower Making Booth
Meagan is rallying the teens and Donna will help

Face Painting
Oleana, Dave and Laurie
3:30- 5:30

Pumpkin Plinko
4:30- 6:30 4 volunteers
7:00-9:30 4 volunteers

Alters
2 people through out the evening
Rocio?

Sand Painting at library
1 person for crowd control

Pumpkin Gathering 10am
2 trucks - 2 people per truck
Debbie Z. for one truck?

General Call 11am for Set up
General Call for tear down 11pm
Clean up call on Monday 11am

We really need someone who has an in with a florist so we can get cut flowers at cost.... Anybody???
