Position Type: Hybrid position (Onsite - Mon, Tues, Wed) and Thurs, Fri Remote-Onshore in US
Minimum Requirements:
* A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator.
* Salesforce Administrator Certification.
* Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
* Experience serving as a system administrator in Salesforce Lightning.
* Experience in Agile/Scrum project methodology.
* Strong self-motivation, multitasking skills and the ability to work in a team.
* Excellent written, verbal communication, public speaking and presentation skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Demonstrated track record of performing Salesforce administrative tasks including
creating custom objects, fields, workflow and validation rules, page layouts, list views,
email templates and Lightning app pages.
* Proficient at advanced reports dashboards and automation processes
* Experience using Salesforce Data Loader, Import Wizard and Workbench.
* Proficiency in accomplishing tasks within narrow timeframes with little oversight.
* Ability to read, write and edit Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) queries.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – especially Excel.
Position:2
Role: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: LATAM/Baltimore, MD
Duration: 6-12 Months
Required Skills:
7+ years of experience of leading discovery workshops, soliciting and documenting business requirements
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or System Administrator
Salesforce Admin (ADM-201) certified required
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant desired
Areas of focus; Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Communities, Case Management, Knowledge,CTI, SMS, Chat integration. Added plus: Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein Analytics
Candidate must demonstrate in depth technical knowledge of Salesforce and its capabilities, track record of major solution design architecture contributions in a large enterprise, analytical and problem-solving way of thought, project management skills and enthusiastic personality
Strong understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts and how they influence business process designs
Experience with eliciting, refining, and decomposition of requirements to provide a
comprehensive set of requirements that meet the business customer needs
Experience working in an Agile environment and with Agile tooling like Jira / Azure DevOps
Position:3
Role: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Nashville, TN
Project Role Description: Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 month contract with potential to convert to a FTE
Location: Hybrid / 2-3 days per week in the office in Franklin, TN ((potential flex for remote)
What do you get to do in this position?
• Manage the collection and implementation of business process requirements for SalesForce.com.
• Work in a cross functional environment with various business groups, IT and end users to identify, document, and communicate business processes.
• Create Requirements for maintaining and enhancing visual layouts, workflow rules and business logic layer to streamline and enhance business processes and improve user experience.
• Work with the development teams to implement and integrate third-party products / applications on the force.com platform.
• Work with IT and Salesforce.com and other 3rd party vendors to maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform.
• Coordinate and lead user acceptance tests with the business units and end users against business requirements.
• Maintain key system metrics to track trends in usage / adoption and data integrity.
• Train end users prepare related documentation (requirements, training materials, process and data flows, use cases, functional design, etc), participate in cross-functional teams, communicate key messages or address critical questions from the user base involving the CRM.
• Perform system administrator function of the Salesforce.com CRM application. Responsible for maintaining functional areas of contacts / relationship, accounts, opportunities, dashboards and reports.
• Create and execute queries and reports, maintain user roles, security and profiles.
