GSO Dobsonian Telescope For Sale

Greetings, all. Hope our astronomy community has been doing well!

In April 2024, I bought a GSO 8-inch dob thinking I would get back into visual observing after a hiatus of a few years. However, I've only used it literally four or five times since then, and only once in a proper dark site (had some stellar views of M81 and M82, I must admit). Because of transport woes and the lack of time, I find myself reaching for my binos more whenever I'm in a dark site.

I've therefore decided to let go of the telescope to someone who might find greater value in it. It comes with every single original accessory, and the mirror is in immaculate condition. The tube has a slight ding on it that happened during transportation, and the finderscope has a bit of a scratch on the tube due to a bit of clumsy handling (again, the optics are immaculate).

The telescope is currently in Mysore. Looking to sell for ~35,000/-.
