Hello everybody,

Following last year’s successful workshop, Bangalore Astronomical Society (BAS), in collaboration with Jain college is proud to announce the second edition of its Astronomy Workshop for Enthusiasts, AWE 2024.

 Where: Jain college, Jain Deemed-to-be-University, School of Sciences, #34, 1^st cross, JC road, Bengaluru.

 When: Saturday, September 21 2024. From 9.30am to 5.30pm.

Who should attend: Students, researchers, amateur astronomers, teachers, industry professionals and anybody interested in astronomy.

What to expect: Talks about introduction to astronomy, visual astronomy, astrophotography, astro activities, live astronomy observations using BAS owned telescopes (weather permitting), Amateur telescope making, Discussions and Q&A. Detailed schedule in the registration form.
