Telescope for my Nephew

I'm Vinod part of the BAS group. Reaching out to you for help in finalizing a decent telescope for my 12 year old nephew. He is really a quick learner and big fan of astro world. So do you have any recommendations for selecting a telescope which he can keep for next 10 years.
