Weather (Cloud) Overlay for Google Maps?

Does anyone know of a weather overlay for google maps, similar to

the light pollution atlas (http://djlorenz.github.io/astronomy/lp2006/)

that was discussed on this list a few times before?

I happened to be thinking idly, and was wondering that a weather

(specifically cloud/rain) overlay along with the LP overlay would be

extremely helpful in locating places to go to over some random

weekend, say.

Google Earth has a weather layer, it also has a night lights layer. See attached image.

Accuweather also has a map in it... :)
