does azuon work for anyone?

I bought azuon for 3 months. After downloading and installing the program, the following message is displayed "error trying to download new routes and currencies: Object reference not set to an instance of an object". What should I do? The program does not search for flights. Support does not reply to emails. Does azuon still work?
