Commercial Azuon account

Hello.
Our touristic agency bought a commercial Azuon account (56 euro).
Firstly we had problems with capture. We could`n use the programme.
Our work was connected with troubles.
And now the account is "suspended due to multiple logins on different
computers". Of course it is used on different computers! Each travel
agent has its own notebook and he works directly with the clients from
home or from the office.
What has happened. Our firm bought a commercial account. It is used by
approx. 10 computers and it doesn`t broke the rules. Why should we
donate to reactivate the account?
Tomorrow is Monday. It is a working day. High season is coming.
