I just posted up some photos from yesterdays t-hunt on the AZTHunt.com home page slide show. Check them out at azthunt.com.

I will be working to update the photo galleries as well but its going to take some more photos so I will be out on the events grabbing them as I can in between hunting transmitters. Thanks to everyone who came out yesterday, such a beautiful day for a "stroll in the park" and maybe the last walking hunt before the heat sets in. Look for a focus on driving hunts now. 

We had a lot of inquiries from friendly folks yesterday as to what we were doing, many very interested who stopped for some demonstration. We even ran into a couple of inactive hams. One thing I am finding with the t-hunts and the BE-HIP group as we are out in public is people asking "how do I communicate with my immediate family if the cell phones go down in a disaster." Certainly a sign of the times. These folks don't know CB from ham radio from anything else. Its a tough elevator speech on that one but generally, for most of them, GMRS is the best answer and an easy web search.
