Hello Rouleurs!

Sorry for the admin blast, but we're only a month out from the events and I want to take a couple minutes of your time to confirm your registrations. There are a lot of moving parts on the back end of all this cycling fun. The most import to me is that every rider who thinks that they're registered are CURRENTLY on the Registered Rider list. Each individual event has an auto-updated list of registrants that you can check anytime. But, in order to allow everyone to quickly check on themselves, I've attached a spreadsheet with who the system thinks is registered. This needs to exactly match what you think!

I'm sending this to everyone on the Interested rider list as well as to the azr-teams Google Group (sorry for the overlap). Here's what I need from you:

1. If you think you're registered:
1.  Open the attached pdf and check each event. If you're supposed to be on it and you are not, LET ME KNOW. If you're correctly listed, no further action is needed.
2. If you are listed as a member of a team and are not yet registered:
1. That's okay for now. But, every rider who participates is required to complete registration (waiver + payment) for each event. You will need to officially register before Feb 8 in order to ride.
3. If you have submitted waivers but not yet paid:
1. I had a bug in the system that prevented some registrants from accessing PayPal. If you've successfully submitted waivers, the system should know about them. You can restart your registration by choosing all the events you want to ride. If the system sees your completed waiver, you may choose to use that waiver and you will not need to complete another one. After completing all the waivers, you will then be taken to PayPal to check out. I apologize for this snafu.
