My name is Marcia, My friend and me are working togheter to find information about his family, and mine. I will send you another question about my ancestors later.

Now, I´m helping my friend to find information about his ancestors from 3 Island - Azores - Portugal.

In attachment, I sending to you his genealogy tree and he needs to know about any names if this people were persecuted by the inquisition.

The documents would say if the person was a "new Christian" or not. It sounds like you need the help of a researcher that you can hire.

John Raposo, on the above list, has written about the inquisition for genealogy and historical societies. I'm sure all of them are able to research that time period.
