Help reading an obituary

Hello, can anyone please help me read the obituary for Simao Silviera? It’s the second form the bottom on the right. I see the date and his wife’s name near the end. But I can’t tell if he’s married or widowed or how many children he has or anything else. I’m struggling with the size and the handwriting mostly. Would love a word by word translation but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
