(can't make out first word; I suspect "enviuvou") de Mariana Jacinta ?? na frequesia da Piedade, deste concelho no dia onze do corrente mez, registo do obito numero oitenta oito Lajes do Pico ? de Dezembro de mil nove centos e cinquenta e dois = widowed from Mariana Jacinta (name?) in the parish of Piedade of this council on day 11 of the current month recorded on registry of deaths number 88, Lajes do Pico.  dated ? of December 1952

Second note: Faleceu no dia cinco do corrente mez na freguesia da Piedade deste concelho.  registo de obito numero cinquenta e tres, deste conservatoria, 6 Agosto de mil nove centos e cinquenta e cinco.  Died on day 5 of the current month in the parish of Piedade of this council.  registry of deaths number 53 of this conservatory. 6 Aug 1955
