Help with reading marriage record

Hello, I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season.  I am wondering if someone could help me read the marriage certificate on the bottom right side of the page.  I am looking for a marriage of a Jozeph (Joze) Fernandez to a Barbara da Costa.  I think can make out the name of Joze and a Barbara (I think Costa) in the margin.

I appreciate any and all help, I know that the certificate id hard to read.

Hi Amy,

The page got wet or damp and it blurred the ink. The best I can see it is a Jose with an abbreviated last name, widower of someone in the watered part of the page and he married Barbara da Costa. The deceased wife could be a Maria (Ma) or a Francisca (Fra), although I don't see that abbreviation too much (Francisca).

I checked Rodrigo Rodrigues for "Barbara da Costa" married to any Jose and didn't find one. 

George Pacheco and John Miranda have done a lot of work on Bretanha. I'm not sure which church (or both). It might be worth it to contact them to get you over this record.

I looked in George Pacheco's Book and the one that makes the most sense is Jose Fernandes Vasconcellos  widower  of Maria de Aguiar Laja married Barbara da Costa on 25 Jun 1704. His parents are not given Barbara is the daughter of Sebastiao da Costa and Victoria  Fernandes.  I had to go right to the CCA site to look at the record and enlarge it more than the attached image permitted.
