Researching Great Grandparents from Flores

I am am trying to research the names of my great grandparents who lived on the island of Flores.  I am willing to pay someone for help if it isn't too expensive.  I saw a reference to a person with a Yahoo Mail email address listed within the past few days, but can not longer find it.  Please let me know if you know people who do this for hire.
