If your Deolinda Mello was of any prominence, you might find something about her life in Portuguese newspapers that are at the archives. If she was a common woman who was a mom and housewife, you're only going to find the baptism, marriage, and death records on her.
Again, unless someone in her family has been paying on her grave for the last 104 years, she's not there. Her bones are in the ossuary.
