Unusual Baptismal Record 1854

I find this unusual because These twins are listed as parents unknown where usually you see them as expostos (I think because they were not dropped off at the roda.  I think this is because They were baptised by the parteira, she must have at least known who the mother was. It could be because the mother did want to be known.

Both twins died the next day on the 22 Jul 1854.   The record       https://culturacores.azores.gov.pt/biblioteca_digital/SMG-RG-RIBEIRINHA-O-1848-1860/SMG-RG-RIBEIRINHA-O-1848-1860_item1/index.html?page=99     (page 97 versa, lower entry)  offers no further information.

In both cases the two records differ from the normal format for the records.
