Relationships at bottom of record, Sao Pedro, Vila do Porto, Santa Maria

Anna, bottom right.  There is a whole lot of information in the last quarter of the record regarding the relationship of the witness and godparents to the family of Anna but; I’m having a hard time figuring it out.  Would really appreciate it if someone could make sense of it all for me.

I think it says that the godfather was paternal uncle, and the first witness brother of the father. So... They are both brothers of Anna's father, and both Anna's paternal uncles.
