I am having trouble reading the side note regarding my grandmother's death.  It is the first one on the left side for Mariana.  I am trying to find out what is the date of her death.  Any help would be appreciated.

Something along the lines of:
The individual that is referenced in this register died in the freguesia of Piedade, of this council, on the day twenty and six of the current something something ... of the register of death of this conservatory number fifty and five.
Made (?) (like created) on Pico of the Conservatory of the Registry Civil on the twenty and nine day of May of one thousand nine hundred and fifty by me the dude of registrar somebody Ferreira.

So died 26 May 1950 death #55.

OOPS, The one I need is on the next page.  So, it is on the right side of the page and the first name on the page. Marianna #10.
Again the notation regarding her death.  Sorry about that.

Faleceu na freguesia da Piedade deste concelho no dia onze do corrente mez...?...doze de dezembro mile nove centos e cinquenta e dois  Died in the parish of Piedade of this council on day 11 of the current month (not sure of the words but they refer to the death registry) signed on 12 Dec 1952.

This note corresponds with the note on her husbands record that I believe says he was widowed on 11 Dec 1952 on your other post.  In both records the date looks like it could be 1952 or 1956.  If José died on 5 Aug 1955, only 1952 makes sense.

Yes, Mariana in record #8 died on 26 May 1950.  I think Mary Ann's interest is in the Mariana in record #10 who died on what looks to me like 11 Dec 1952.

I think the word after "mil noce centos cinquoenta" is not in relation with the year but with the officer of the conservatoria.
But it's clear the monthe is december.  And the n° of the register is not 55 do registo "civil" as in the batism of Mariana, but "cinquoenta sete"

It's useful to find this register civil. It's possible there is a mistake on the batism of José.

Thank you all for your assistance in this matter.  I can usually read the actual record but that tiny stuff in the margin is a challenge.
