I don't know what cr...@dgrn.mi.pt is, but it is not Ponta Delgada on Sao Miguel island. It's mainland Portugal. It's kinda like you want a birth certificate from California, so you emailed the vital registry in Nebraska. They won't have it.   The information for the Civil Registry in Ponta Delgada (covering Bretanha) is here: https://irn.justica.gov.pt/Contactos-do-Registo/Registo-Civil-de-Ponta-Delgada   But for Povoacao, you need the Civil Registry in Povoacao: https://www.sabemais.pt/informacao/3/180090   I believe you need a Portuguese I.D. to get a recent (last 100 years) birth certificate. If you don't have a Portuguese I.D. card, then pay Joao Ventura the archivist to get it for you. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
