Help reading 1716 Altares marriage record of Pedro Cota and Angela de Sao Mateus

Please help me read this record. I’m struggling with the priest fancy handwriting. I have been trying to read several pages of these marriage records and on this one I can not eve find the groom’s name or his information. I see something about a Maria Francisca? I see maybe Angela de Sao Mateus. The record is on the right side of the page.

Hi Doreen,

I see the groom's name just a couple lines below the blurry damage.  The last three words on the line is:  "Pedro Cotta filho".  The next line continues with Roque? Martins? and his wife Maria Cotta, both deceased; with Angela de São Mateus, daughter of Baltazar? Martins? deceased, and his wife Beatriz de Mello?

I hope this helps some, but I am certain about much of it, hence the question marks.
