I would like someone to tell me what is in this marriage.
I know that it is for Manuel Silveira Gregorio and Tomasia Maria on 28 Nov 1798 in Topo.
What else does it say?
Was he married before? Where is she from?

Sorry about the color I could not get rid of it
Thank you

com Thomazia Ma (Maria). It's run together. With (the bride) Thomazia Maria.

Bottom right: https://culturacores.azores.gov.pt/biblioteca_digital/SJR-CH-TOPO-C-1756-1795/SJR-CH-TOPO-C-1756-1795_item1/index.html?page=1
Does this look like Tomasia's first marriage? Does it give his and her parents names just above and below the dark smudge in the middle of the record?
I know that it is not common for this time period. What else does it include?

thank you

Marilyn, That's the cover of the marriage book, not the actual marriage. Can you try again?

My questions
Does this look like Tomasia's first marriage? Does it give his and her parents names just above and below the dark smudge in the middle of the record?
I know that it is not common for this time period. What else does it include?

On the right side, I think the bride is Antonia dos Anjos da Silveira, daughter of Mel Cor.a de P.a and his wife, Antonia dos Anjos da Silveira.

Did you mean the left side: Bride is Thomasia M.a, widow,

Hi Marilyn,

You gave the same link as your original post for Thomasia's second marriage.  I think you meant this link; and yes, the bottom right is her first marriage.

Joao da Sousa Pereira, son of Manuel Pereira da Cunha and his wife Antonia da Trindade, naturals of this parish where the groom was baptized--
is marrying in Topo on 3 Oct 1780 with--
Thomasia Maria, daughter of George (Jorge) Silveira? and his wife Luzia Rosa, naturals of the parish of Santiago (I believe that is São Tiago in Ribeira Seca) where the bride was baptized.
