Having trouble with this side note.  I can see that Jacintha Soares de Moura married Jose Joaquim Cabral who is the son of Manoel Joaquim Cabral but; I can’t make out the mother’s name, Maria Jose Something or the rest of that notation.  Does it give a date or a place for the marriage?

Then I think the next note says that the marriage was dissolved by the death of Jacintha on the 18 of August 1974.  Do I have that correct?

#11, Jacintha, bottom left and on to next page.

As always, thanks for your help,

Hi Side note Sam! :)

There's a comma after Maria Jose (ooooo, we have someone who knows punctuation)! Then the word naturais (sp) meaning they are natives of. He didn't cross the "t" in the right place. They are natives of N.S. da Assuncao of this council and residents of Sant'Ana (? I think). Dated 6 Oct 1000 900 20 and ___ in this Vila of Porto. Then he dates it as 1926, so that blank after the 20 must be 6 (I thought maybe it's a "um" for 1).

The 2nd note says the death was dissolved by the death of the spouse. Since this side note is in Jacinta's record, I take that as HER spouse, so Manuel died. Maybe someone can do better than me at it.

The mother is Maria Roza. The rest Cheri already mentioned. For the year i would say 1926 because the last word is very similar to the 'seis" of "seis de outubro". Santana is a place near the airport the bay of Anjos.

The sidenote refering the death is about her husband - her marriage was disolved, so now she's a widow. If it was her it would only say "Faleceu etc etc ... " -
