Anyone else getting a “you have been blocked” message when trying to access records on Tombo.pt?

Tombo.pt is working just fine and not giving that message.

However, when you navigate thought Tombo.pt and get to the record set that you want to retrieve from the CCA, the CCA link is giving that "blocked" error. I get it from time to time.
