Side note help please Sao Pedro, Vila do Porto

Is this side note showing someone dying on 17 Apr 1934.  Is it Maria d’Assumpacao Soares or her husband, Manoel de Sousa?  I show their marriage date as 10 Oct 1895 from their marriage record but; I don’t have the death date of either of them.
