Subject: Wet Benches For Sale

Hello Suzanne,

Here is some info. about the wet benches we would like to sell, and I
have attached a zip file with images. It would be great if we could find

a buyer in Arizona, preferably Tucson, as the units would then stay
local, benefit the local economy, etc. Thank you for any help you can
provide on the matter.

The two very nice 6' long wet benches (benches include temperature and
process controllers for the tanks) were previously used very sparingly
as Acid Etching stations in a telecom related fab. They ordered the
benches in late 2002 and went under in early 2003. They have been
unused since, and have been stored in a clean environment by us. They
are cleaned up and safe (they were properly treated by the fab safety
officer when we picked them up). One bench is very close to new and the

other only has a few hours of use on it.

Both of these are lip exhausted systems, and were made by Plastic
Design, Inc. http://www.plasticdesigninc.com. They had a new price
value (several years ago) of $44,800 and $38,500. And again, they have

seen very limited use.

Item 1: Manufacturer: Plastic Design, Inc. Acid Station (designed for
HF baths of various strengths). Used for very few hours. Lip exhausted
system. "Flametec CP7D Construction" placard on front right. 6' long
bench. 4 Tanks. One Sink. Two wands of the nozzle (gun) type mounted
on left side. One general wand in back of bench top. Emergency Stop
Button. OFF/ON Aspirator Switch.
ModuTEK Controllers (4):
-MicroTEMP series Model C1115 Process Controller, Qty 2;
MicroCON Rinser Controller, Model C155, Qty 1; MicroTIME Series Timer
Model T16, Qty 1;

Inputs on back of unit for City Water, De-Ion water, Nitrogen gas line.

Outputs: De-Ioniz water, Exhaust Uptake manifold, Plenum drain. Exhaust

Open/Close variable adjust lever. 220 V, 3 phase power required.
PICTURES ATTACHED of Item 1. A couple more hours of clean up (which we

have started this morning) and Item 1 will essentially appear very close

to new.
Item 2: Acid Station (was used for HF and Piranha Etch). Lip exhausted

system. "Flametec CP7D Construction" placard on front right. 6' long
bench. 4 Tanks. One Sink. Two wands of the nozzle (gun) type mounted
on left side. One general wand in back of bench top. Emergency Stop
button. OFF/ON Aspirator Switch.
ModuTEK Controllers(4):
-Microtime Timers, Model T16, Q.3;
-MicroCon Rinser Controller Model C155, Qty 1.

Inputs on back of unit for City Water, De-Ion water, Nitrogen gas line.

Outputs: De-Ioniz water, Exhaust Uptake manifold, Plenum drain. Exhaust
Open/Close variable adjust lever. 220 V, 3 phase power required.

Item 2 has a few more hours of use on it. The item is at the moment
behind some other equipment which needs to be moved first before
pictures can be taken.

Manuals will be included with the units.

We have cleaned them up here briefly (not much cleanup was required, as
again these units have few hours on them).

If anyone is interested, they can call me at 520-791-0540 or
520-882-0071 (lab). Or email me at gwo...@zetetic.org. The units are
available for inspection.

By the way, we also have a handful of nice Melles Griot High Perfomance
Optical Breadboards (black, 2' x 2', 1/4-20 holes) that we would like to

sell, but these are a background priority item. I just mention these
here because they could be very useful to someone, and we will sell
these also at a good price.

Thank you,
Gary Womack
