june 13azkanviroum event

Hi everyone...

Hope everyone is doing well as school is coming to an end. Good luck to all who are still in finals! As you may recall, we had discussed the second Saturday of every month to be dedicated to Azkanviroum. At our last event, there was discussion about changing the dates, however it seems as though the dates will remain as they were announced. Therefore, our next event is on June 13th at the AGBU Pasadena center from 10:00am to 2:00pm. The 2 topics that will be discussed that day are "arakini and parekords." So..please contact your mentees and lets figure out who will be there.

In addition, some other topics we need to discuss are as follows: (I was given this information following a meeting that was held by the elders)

The dates of our upcoming events are:

• July 11: 10-2 AGBU in Pasadena
• August 8: 10-4 AGBU in Pasadena
• September 12: 10-4 AGBU in Canoga Park
• October 10: 10-2 AGBU in Pasadena
• October 18: Culmination event and  presentation of new candidates at the Diocese

1. Arteen: You had previously mentioned Dr. Dorian visiting to speak. Is this something that can be arranged and if so, when would be convenient for him?
2. Sept: 12 event is planned to be a "panel-like" setting where there will be a Q & A with mentors and mentees
3. October 18: We discussed that we don't want a "hantes" but we need to suggest possible skits for that day.

Hello everyone!
June 13 is my graduation but I will make it! You are all more than welcome to attend, it will be at Agbu Valley.
As in regards to Dr. Dorian, the time that we meet at Agbu Canoga Park, I will definitly get him to come, just let me know what day that will be so I can arrange with him. Whats the Arakini and Parekords?

Are we going to have some sort of status meeting anytime soon?
