Next Event-Day! Sat, Sept. 12

Hi Guys,

We're getting together again, with the mentees, on Sept 12.  We'll be meeting from 10 to 2.  I  need you to contact everyone and let them know that this is a very important meeting.  Everyone should intend (especially ALL OF YOU!!).  We hired a videographer and he will be taping the event.

All of us are expected to share a few words about our experiences and what we learned from Azkanviroum.  We are going to put together the DVD presentation for October 18, 2009 (or closing ceremony).  Also, we are the guest speakers so we'll be talking about ourselves and our accomplishments, life goals, etc.

Arteen, Sarmen or Razmig are invited to prepare a powerpoint presentation about Sasountzi Tavit.  Maybe you can show pictures of some of the S.T. monuments around the world?  Harut will talk about S.T. on that day.

Arteen--your responsibility is to teach some of the kids an Armenian dance.  Kathrin will do the same for the girls.  Baroun Manouk from AGBU will be there as well.  He is a professional dancer and very funny.  The kids will like him!!

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to remind you all of our event that is coming up on the 12th.  Arteen said he'd be late and Talia said she might have a conflict.  However, I want to remind you all as to how important it is that we be there!

There will be a videographer who is going to video-tape us for the final event in October (October 18, 4 p.m.).

Arteen and Kathrin are going to do a dance activity for the kids (around noon).  I haven't heard back from Sarmen or Razmig yet as to the presentation I had requested.  Please see the email below and let me know if you guys can do it.

Finally, IT IS IMPERATIVE that all your mentees attend!  Please contact them all, as soon as possible, and find out if they can attend.

UPDATE:

We are meeting from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
If the mentors can make it a little earlier it will be good.
Agenda:

--11:00 to 12:00 prepare the kids for the video.
--12:00 to 1:00 they will start recording.
--1:00 lunch, dance lesson for 30 min. 

--1:30 Oriort Lora and Baron Harut will do their presentation.
And we will be done!!
The question that the mentors and the mentees need to think about is:
"What impact did Azkanviroum have for you?" And reflect on an overall evaluation about Azkanviroum.
