how to recover if azkaban crashed

I used azkaban for several days, and it is great!
I just had a thought: if for some reason, either the azkaban process
died or the machine running azkaban died, then all the flows are dead.
My question is how to recover from this situation. I assume that
simply restarting azkaban may not be helpful?

Restart Azkaban, go to the "history" page, click "view/restart" on all the "dead" flows (should show up as white instead of red or green), click execute in the bottom right of the DAG view of the flow.
