How to use Azhagi in web application project

Hi,
       i am going to develop web project. In the project i want to add the search option with support of tamil language search. I mean convert English to Tamil.

      Is there any API to use tamil language(Azhagi) in Web application

      Can you guide me to get the tamil language in my application?
