In any case, thanks for mentioning it separately because in this extremely fast and busy world, it has become necessary to do that (mentioning separately) for every useful work, that too several several several times. :)

 

Not sure whether you got time to see my small write-up on the abovementioned useful tool from Google at http://azhagi.com/indic.html . I have written such small notes highlighting the key aspects of various other Tamil/Indic softwares too in indic.html page. Kindly have a look and spread the news...

Dear Brother Mr.Basheer,

 

You are trying to type in Unicode using SaiIndira font. That is why you are facing the stated problem.

 

Please untick the option 'Unicode Input' under 'Preferences' menu of Azhagi and then follow the usual instructions to type in external applications in non-unicode (SaiIndira).

 

Tips:

 

1. How to type in MS-Word using non-unicode fonts (SaiIndira, SaiSai, SaiEmbedForPDF, etc.) - http://azhagi.com/dtword.html

 

2. Please visit http://azhagi.com/helptips.html and read answers to the following two questions:

a) Typing in Tamil in Photoshop
b) How to effect 'Unicode' Tamil input in Adobe Pagemaker, CorelDraw, etc.

I am aware of only one problem but that happens when you are trying to use Azhagi+ (not Azhagi) in the relatively newer versions of Internet Explorer. If you are referring to the same, then please read Q&A here for solution:
