Join P.F. Chang’s as our User Experience Designer! The User Experience Designer will work with P.F. Chang’s, Pei Wei Asian Diner, Pei Wei Asian Market, and PFC Global Brand’s marketing teams and appropriate agency partners to develop, maintain, and evolve the digital visual representation for the brand. The role involves the design of original and modification of existing creative pieces, assisting with the coordination, production and development of restaurant digital collateral, brand guidelines and maintaining consistency with the overall brand image and feel of all restaurant and department related materials. This position will work in conjunction with our in-house designers and developers on digital projects.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects from kick-off through completion
• Assist in the design and implementation of digital innovation concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and advance our brand strategy
• Design (either original or modifying existing) restaurant promotional materials for web sites, mobile web-sites and applications, social media platforms, digital menu boards, and email communications
• Work with IS to design and program routine digital applications
• Image editing, manipulation and color correction
• Provide design support for graphic design team when needed

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Design or a related field. AA in Graphic Design with relative experience acceptable
• 2+ years of relevant design experience is preferred. Design internship and non-student work acceptable
• Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign required.
• A solid understanding of HTML, and moderate experience with CSS.
• Experience with Javascript, Flash and Visual Studio highly desired.
• Strong understanding of the production process and a solid knowledge of graphic design principles
• Demonstrated delivery of materials—web sites, email campaigns, banner ads, collateral, presentations, etc
• Ability to take existing creative and manipulate it into different pieces of work for different media channels such as web site, banner ads, social media, emails
• Ability to manage multiple projects creatively, efficiently, and thoroughly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Team player who works collaboratively with co-workers
• Ability and desire to learn and explore new technologies
• Must possess outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure, track details of multiple projects, and interact with people at all levels
