Keep getting organization's users complaining about form.office being blocked by safe links. Thought this is suppose to be scanned and I doubt if there's any involvement such URLs are potential malicious URL.
Quick option is to whitelist/exempt forms.office URL. I do not think that's a good recommendation since some forms may be indeed malicious. I also thought reputation of emails are based on attributes such as sender, IP etc. which in this case is intra-org.
That has been done, through submission of the URL not to be blocked. However, just wondering why the filter decided to flag newly created forms or probably flagged the URL domain (*forms.office.com*). Plus, the message (email) wasn't flagged phishing until the safe links blocked access to the URL (forms).
Please refer to the following paperwork processing instructions. Instructions will depend on the form format. The format of each individual form is specified in parentheses next to the title of the form below (Registrar forms will appear in PDF, E-Form, or PowerForm format):
Please fill out the appropriate form, obtain all required signatures, and return the form to the Office of the University Registrar. If any forms are due to the Office of the University Registrar on any of the dates listed on the academic calendar, they must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on the deadline. Please have a valid photo I.D. when picking up and dropping off forms in person at the Mason Student Services Center. Electronic photos or copies of a photo I.D. will not be accepted.
All forms submitted are normally processed in two to three business days, not including the date received. There are several peak periods, (graduation, the priority registration period etc.) when processing time may take longer.
Some forms are available only through your StudentForms account and need to be assigned to you by our office. Monitor your To UAccess Student Center To Do List and your CatMail for more information about accessing these forms if they are needed. Other times, you may be required to download a form (listed below) and submit it directly to our office. Check out the instructions below for details on all the convenient ways you can submit your form and/or documentation.
The Supreme Court Commission on Access to Justice has approved the following forms. All Illinois Courts must accept these forms. Scroll down below the chart for important information on how to fill out these forms, including the need for Adobe and downloading forms to save them properly so that you can electronically file them.
Illinois Legal Aid Online provides a guided interview called an Easy Form that will help you fill out the forms. The Easy Form asks you questions and completes the necessary forms with your answers. It is free to use.
All forms are ADA accessible, and you can handwrite or type into the PDF form to fill it out. IMPORTANT: You will need Adobe Acrobat, or free Adobe Reader XI (or a higher version) in order to save completed forms. You MUST first SAVE/DOWNLOAD each form as a PDF to your computer before you begin. If you fill out a form on a webpage, you will lose your progress.
I have created an MS Form which I've set up in Power Automate to send email notifications to multiple individuals when a new MS Form response is submitted. I can't find the form in the Power Automate Flow drop down menu, so I had to manually enter the ID.
However, I couldn't find the Form ID in my MS Form neither in the edit view or share view URL.... so I have tried using the Design ID or session ID... these don't work. Can someone help me to suggest how I can find my Form ID so I can manually add the form to the Flow, or, suggest how I can find the form in the drop down menu? Thanks!
@LOlofsson you need to individually reference the answers from your form in the email. Use intellisense (dynamic content) to help you with that. It will have the title of each of your questions on the form.
Thanks @jatcube ! I had copied the URL (viewing as user would view it) everything after the ResponsePage.aspx?id=. However, the Power Automate Flow still doesn't work - it is not picking up the form when I enter it manually....
It looks like it works ie. the status is marked as Succeeded when I test out the form and flow, but it the individual I am sending the tests to only receives the email, and not the MS Forms response... So, it still doesn't work - any other tips? Could this be due to the fact that I had shared the MS Form with a group?
Thanks for your response! I don't think I can do this because the individuals who I want the form emailed to (once a response is submitted) are not part of the same group/team that I am, so they wouldn't have access to our SharePoint site. Ideally, I'd like the responses shared via email to all individuals....
@MeenaVinaykumar I suggest as a best practice to open a new topic rather than post a reply on an old one. But afaik forms has no such functionality.. you'd need a canvas app and use parameters or look for third party solutions. Hope this helps
Hi, do you know why I am getting 'List of response notifications. Response Id' instead of the single Response Id? Automatically when using it, an apply to each is created but I need this step to be independent in order to extract all the dynamic content from the Form in variables. Thank you!
I have been trying to create this flow since a long time now. Can you please share your flow or a quick process on how to create a flow to auto send the responses to a mail id captured in the form response
