Porter Services: I offer day porter services to maintain the appearance of
your office, lobby facility or property. During schedule hours I will
address cleaning issues as they arise, which will ensure that your business
environment will be properly care for.

Janitorial Supplies
As part of my standard janitorial service, I will replenish all dispensers
with paper products and toiletries.
As a value added service to my customers, I offer consumables such as paper
products, toiletries, plastic liners and a wide range of janitorial
supplies. Upon your requests, all janitorial supplies will be deliver as
needed and are bill separately.
If a customer prefers to buy consumables elsewhere, I will monitor usage and
inform you the customer when supplies run low to ensure timely re-ordering.

shelves and baseboards. Remove cobwebs, Vacuum carpets, Wash all floors and
dust mop wood floors, Vacuum furniture, including under any cushions and
removal of trash.
Kitchen:
Clean appliances, counters, cabinets, table and chairs. Clean, scrub and
sanitize sinks. Clean and sanitize countertops and backsplashes. Clean the
range top and refrigerator top and exterior. Clean microwave oven inside and
out. Wash floor.
Bathrooms:
Clean, scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs and sinks. Clean and sanitize
vanities, backsplashes and toilets. Clean mirrors. Polish chrome. Wash
floors and tile walls. Deodorize.
