Client Services Manager: (Project Manager): SAP application experience - 2+ years, 6+ years Business
experience, Project team leadership, Project management experience, Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills, Excellent presentation skills, Recognize and manage corporate political climate, Mentor, coach, advise,
and assist consultants, Emphasis on project-related people management as opposed to operational HR, Day-to-day
functional direction for project tasks, Transfer of knowledge and methodology to client, Project planning
assistance, Strong client interaction, On time and on budget project completion, Project administration,
Financial and billing responsibility, Sales and account management opportunities. Salary: $80-140K Bonus: 4%
Net billing, +up to 30% discretionary Car: $700 Benefits: Benefit package.
Client Services Director: Same as above, SAP experience - 3+ years, Business experience - 10+ years, Account
executive for large and complex projects such as multi-divisional implementations, Account management of multiple
small to medium projects for the same client, Account responsibility for complex projects, increased Sales
responsibility with consulting and products, Able to relate to high level client and alliance management as
peers, Strong political acumen. Salary: $85-150K Bonus: 4% Net billing, +up to 30% discretionary Car: $700
