Has anyone played through self-service terminals (like those multi-cash machines)? What are the pitfalls with refunds? If I topped up my account through one of these machines, but the money doesn't show up in my casino account, who should I contact?

Self-service terminals create an additional layer between the user and the platform, so when payments get stuck, blame often shifts. Particularly frustrating are cases where the terminal issues a receipt but the money never reaches the player's account—in these cases, data from both systems must be linked.

Depositing funds through self-service terminals (multi-cash machines) is a risky method, as there is often an intermediary between the terminal and the casino. If you deposit funds and they don't show up in your account, it's difficult to find the culprit. Liability depends on who operates the terminal. First, keep your receipt. Then, contact the casino's support team—they may request information from the payment aggregator. If the casino says the funds haven't arrived, contact the terminal operator (e.g., Qiwi, Comepay, etc.). However, such transactions are often unprotected. I recommend avoiding terminals, especially for large amounts. If you do use them, only use trusted platforms.  https://allspinsau.com/en-au/   , the best online casino today, doesn't support terminals, only direct methods. Therefore, it's safer to use bank cards or e-wallets.
