Room for rent in Mesa AZ

I have a bedroom for rent in a nice 3 bdrm, 2 bath home in Mesa AZ, near the freeways for quick access to and from anywhere in the valley.  Home is furnished except for the bedroom.  The renter will need to bring their own bed and bedroom furniture.  This will be month-to-month for the first month and then for 1 year thereafter at mutual discretion.   The home has amenities, including cable and air conditioning. Washer and dryer onsite.  Covered patio with a jacuzzi and pool.

I'm looking for a mellow, mature male, preferable LDS, but a conservative Christian will do.

Monthly rent is $650, which includes utilities and a $650 security deposit, which will be returned upon vacating and leaving the premises in as good a shape as before.

Small pets are allowed. Move in by the 1st of the month, or sooner if needed.  References are appreciated.
