Hello friends and families,

 

Swamiye Saranam Ayyappa.

 

This year we are inviting friends and families to join our group on this pilgrimage trip in a charter bus to Sri Siva Vishnu Temple in Lanham, MD. 

 

Trip starts at 10AM on 12/26 (Sun) from Sri Balaji Vedic Center, Sterling Heights, stop at Pittsburgh on our way and reach Lanham, MD by 11PM.  Next day, Monday, will visit Sri Siva Vishnu Temple (8AM) and Durga Temple (4PM) in Washington DC area again back to Sri Siva Vishnu Temple (7PM), and then leave Lanham, MD (10PM) for return travel on Monday night to reach Sri Balaji Vedic Center about 7AM on Tuesday.  Timings are approximate.

 

Here are simple guidelines to follow, but important: 

 

(1) This is a pilgrimage Yatra and all participants (family & friends) should be with the group at all time during the whole pilgrimage Yatra. 
(2) Family members should observe all rituals required for visiting a temple for the whole pilgrimage Yatra. 
(3) Only vegetarian food is allowed during pilgrimage Yatra (including the children)

Cost per person is expected to be in the range of $100 to $125 - this includes travel, shared accommodation (separate accommodation can be arranged as well) and food.
