Sub : Suitable exercise for the person whose Moon sign is Capricorn
[The advice given below may differ for each individual having sign
Capricorn due to different planetary positions in their own birth
chart.]
According to Vedic Astrology when the Moon is situated in the sign
Capricorn astrological sign of that person is called Capricorn The
lord of the sign Capricorn is the Saturn. The Principal of the sign
Capricorn is Pruthvi Mahabhuta [Earth]
Hence the person having sign Capricorn will be governed by the
characteristics of the Saturn and Pruthvi Mahabhuta i.e. [Earth]
The sign Capricorn has an influence on knee joints and the Saturn is a
signifactor of Vata dosha. Hence the Capricorn person should avoid
doing more leg work like running, skipping, dancing, cycling, walking,
play like football, tennis etc.
Due to any exercise Vata dosha increases and if excessive leg work is
done by the Capricorn person then degenarative process will start in
knee joints in early ages causing Osteo-arthritis. [ Sandhi vata]
A oil massage to knee joints after leg work is useful for Capricorn
person to prevent from early Osteoarthritic changes.
