Sub—Suitable exercise for the person whose sign is Leo
[The advice given below may differ for each individual having sign Leo
due to different planetary positions in their own birth chart.]
According to Vedic Astrology when the Moon is situated in the sign Leo
Astrological sign of that person is called Leo. The lord of the sign
Leo is the Sun
The Principle of the sign Leo is Agni Mahabhuta [ Fire]
Hence the person having sign Leo will be governed by the
characteristics of the Sun, and Agni Mahabhuta i.e. Fire
The Sun is the father of all planets i.e. pillar. All the planets are
revolving around the Sun.
In our body the Sun signifies Bony structure and the sign Leo
signifies lower portion of the back and backbones.
The strength of the body is depending upon the strength of bones and
muscles attached with them.
Hence the Leo sign person should do heavy exercise and acquire maximum
strength to muscles. The person should do exercise which will
strengthen his/her lower back muscles. Jerky lifting of weights or
with out giving adequate support to lower back will be risky. Because
the Leo persons are more prone to Lumber Disk Prolaps.
The Leo person should drink atlest a glass of milk after exercise to
nurish bones.
