Hi all,
I've attached an Excel file with a couple of sheets. The last sheet is a legend of where the information came from and the column abbreviations. The first has a list of all the referee volunteers for Fall 2015 and shows their current status, including those who completed, or partially completed the first training. You'll see that I have highlighted names in green of those who need to be called to get them to the 9/13 class. Red text shows issues that need to be resolved. Bolded eAYSO #s have either an A at the end (Applicant pending CVPA approval) or P if they are players and I can't find a volunteer #. If they have signed up as a team referee, that is also noted on the new refs sheet.

The second sheet, Team Refs, compiles two different lists by teams to show the designated team ref.  Where the row is highlighted the information is not complete. Where the text is red, there is an issue and/or the team doesn't have a designated ref. Anything you guys can do to help fill in the blanks or fix the issues will be appreciated.

Otherwise, start calling the green guys on the new ref spreadsheet.
Many thanks for all your hard work!

Kristina,

Thank you very much for this list.

I have attached my latest spreadsheet.  For the companion class on 9/13 I have 17 registered students plus 5 high-likelihood candidates.  I’d like to stay at fewer than 28 students actually attending, so this is pretty close to the max.

I’ve also copied your spreadsheet over, just the ones you identified as “green” or high likelihood.  Of those, 8 (dark green) are either already trained or registered for 9/13.  We have been chasing an additional 6 (red) for the past month, and I’ve given up on them (sometimes because they gave a good reason, like “I’m the assistant coach”).  That still leaves a new set of 16 volunteers (light green) to be contacted.

That’s enough for a separate class, or we can call some of these in.  I’ll think about that more over the weekend.

Thanks for all your help.

Charlie

Great, Charlie! Thanks for the breakdown. That will help me place an equipment order today. LOTG books are already ordered and will be here in time. Uniforms are usually fast to ship so we should get them in time even with the 3 day weekend. At least now I have a better handle on size ranges.

As for calling, Rosie set us up with a volunteer named Jane to make calls. I'll forward you her info and she can help corral and confirm attendees.

Thanks again for all your efforts.

Hi Rosie,
Sweatshirts and socks for KIDS? Do you mean the bribe you offered to new refs?
