RE: Thank You Very Much - 2013 Texas Summer Classic Volunteers

I want to take this opportunity to thank all those who volunteered to help with 2013 Texas Summer Classic.  Despite the challenges and issues that we had, you were able to make it work.  I know it was very stressful for those who were in the front line.  There were delays that created a lot of anxious moments.  In addition to that, the heat made matters worse.  Thank you for being professional about it despite the challenges.  You kept your cool under very difficult circumstances.  It is a testament to the quality of parents that are part of AYSES Soccer Club  and I am very proud and grateful for that.

 

There were many volunteers from different teams.  I wish I could name all of them.  Given the amount of work, we could have used some more (please sign up for January tournament).  There were some volunteers however who went beyond and above what was expected of them.  Some worked weeks leading up to the tournament.  Special thanks therefore goes to the following; Shari Koeppe, Shannon Krakowsky, Susan Corrigan, Bill Koeppe, Hongwei Gao, Marty Rodriquez, Erika Rodriquez, Kevin Olali, Sarah Koeppe, Phil Thomas, Joe Encizo, Shelaine O'keefe, Jordan Koeppe, Lupe Croniser and all the spouses of those listed here.

 

The tournament would not be a success without you.  Your contribution allows us to continue to create a viable club for our kids. All the money from the tournament goes towards the facility.
