Dear Friends,

Sadly, it looks as though the weather pattern has decided to stall out over Lexington this morning, with a south moving pattern that promises further rain continuous throughout the morning. As such, we've decided to postpone this morning's Aylesford Place Community Orchard Planting.

Because the plants are time sensitive and need new soil homes as soon as possible, we're shooting for tomorrow afternoon, Sunday November 1st, beginning at 1:30pm. The weather promises to be clear and sunny, and we'll still have plenty of food and drink for merriment. We still plan to meet at Michler's Florist at 417 E. Maxwell Street.

Come celebrate the first of the month and wear off your Halloween candy sugar high!! We'll need your help more than ever!

See you soon,
Rebecca Self

When: Sunday, November 1st, 1:30pm - ? (depends on how many folks show up - many hands make light work!)
Where: Meet at Michler’s Florist and Greenhouse at 417 E. Maxwell St.
What to Bring: You and your family (all ages can help!), a shovel and gloves if you have one
