It is with this that ICCDI launched its SDG4Universities project to educate more young people about the SDG goals
The SDGs4Universities Symposium is a project curated by ICCDI to disseminate the knowledge of the Sustainable Development Goals to various tertiary institutions across the country and Africa.
This initiative aims to localise the knowledge and application of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals among university students, as well as position students to solve some of the world’s most pressing problems. Hence, since 2018, ICCDI Africa has hosted physically the SDG4Universities session six different times, in various universities, reaching over 5000 tertiary institution students across Nigeria.
This year, the prolonged COVID-19 situation has made the organization leverage ”the new normal” by hosting the SDG4Universities Symposium virtually.
Event Date: 25th — 27th November 2020
