Togbe Ngoryifia Céphas Kosi Bansah is a citizen from Hohoe in the Gbi Traditional area of Ghana.
Togbe Bansah was crowned in April 1992 as King of Hohoe and is ruler of 206,000 people in the Volta Region of Ghana. He grew up in Ghana and visited Germany in 1970 for a student exchange program. More:=>
