Hey Roadrunners!
A reminder that the Fall Season of the AYC Junior Sailing Program begins tomorrow!
Our full Fall Season schedule has been posted to the AYC website calendar. We will run through December 13th with the following weekly schedule:
Friday 4:00-6:30: Opti I: Beginner
Saturday 1:00-3:30: Opti II: Intermediate & Opti III: Advanced
Saturday 4:00-6:30: Laser & FJ
Wednesday 4:00-6:30: Opti II: Intermediate & Opti III: Advanced (optional bi-weekly practice option)
Please note that we will not have practice the weekend of October 18-19 due to the AYC Governor's Cup Regatta (there will be a junior start!) or November 26-29 due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

All Fall participants must register for the Fall Season (even if you signed up for the Full Year option back in the Spring). Returning sailors, please register for the coach recommended practice session included on your Progress Report. New sailors, please select Opti I for sailors ages 8-12 and FJ for sailors 12 and up. Please contact me with any questions and/or concerns about your sailor's placement!
All Junior Sailing practice sessions meet at the Sail Training Cabin. Please remember to bring a lifejacket, appropriate footwear, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, a notebook, and something to write with.
